The rigid body is rotated and translated to move

Parameters
[in]dis the master rigid body decorator
[in]psare the slave particles
[in]max_tris the maximum translation during a step
[in]max_angis the maximum rotation angle in radians
[in]ctrsis a list of all cell centers
[in]trsis the list of transformations from primitive to all cells
