Detailed Description

A single asymmetric unit in the system.

This functions identically to the base ihm.AsymUnit class, but it allows identifying residues by either the IHM numbering scheme (seq_id, which is always contiguous starting at 1) or by the PMI scheme (which is similar, but may not start at 1 if the sequence in the FASTA file has one or more N-terminal gaps

Note
This class is only available in Python.
