The actin tutorial uses an older version of the protocol at 
https://github.com/salilab/imp-sampcon, so you can just use the latest 
version of that protocol, which includes a fix for the reference frame 
issue you've noted (https://github.com/salilab/imp-sampcon/issues/2).

We will also update the actin tutorial to use this fixed code 
(https://github.com/salilab/actin_tutorial/issues/2).
