luck. To test the software I've tried to model example 1e6v, provided
along with the source code. Multifit align step produced
asmb.combinations file with "NO SOLUTIONS FOUND".

MultiFit is rather sensitive to the set of input parameters you feed it.But Keren, the author of MultiFit, is working to remedy this and may beable to help you.
