How do you solve this on your RH5_64 test system
(http://integrativemodeling.org/nightly/results/)? There is no newer
swig than 1.3.29 from the standard repos or from EPEL for RHEL/CentOS 5.
Right, we had to build our own. See tools/rpm/IMP.spec.in.
BTW, while RedHat may have committed to supporting RHEL 5 until 2017,
it's entirely possible that we'll drop support for it before then - or
at least, require a bunch of upgraded packages (e.g. python 2.6 rather
than the 2.4 that ships with RHEL 5).
Is there a description of the test systems somewhere?
Mousing over the column headers at that URL above gives a brief
