representation	Representation object
selection_tuples	Selecting regions for the restraint
resolution	Resolution for applying restraint
strength	Bond strength
dist_cutoff	Cutoff for making restraints
ca_only	Selects only CAlphas. Only matters if resolution=0.
hierarchy	Root hierarchy to select from, use this instead of representation
