[IMP-dev] endian treatment in algebra module

Hi everybody

I've moved the files dealing with endian treatment from EM module to algebra, as I needed MultiArrray to
read and write taking into account that. Admittedly, it is probably not the proper module. Perhaps kernel or core should contain endian.h and endian.cpp.
