Frido found a bug in my ConnectivityRestraint. Since we now have
boost, I rewrote it to use the boost MST code. The test has also been
improved.
Frido, this is different than what I gave you before, so be aware.

BTW, check standards crashes on the new code. Probably having trouble
with nested templates or something.
On the bus this morning fixed ScoreState to use an ObjectPointer.
