[IMP-dev] tests failures with UsageException: (Re: IMP 2.6.2 release)

Hi,

I am running into a few failures in the test cases provided.

        764 - IMP.pmi-expensive_test_cross_link_ms_restraint.py (Failed)
        796 - IMP.EMageFit-expensive_test_domino_modeling.py (Failed)
        797 - IMP.EMageFit-expensive_test_mc_modeling.py (Failed)
Errors while running CTest
ninja: build stopped: subcommand failed.

I have re-run all the failed test manually with:
