[IMP-dev] internal source

I added a directory (IMP/internal) to put files that should not be considered part of the IMP API. Examples include the attribute table, Grid3d, and the graph base classes. I plan to add a few more new files there.
In the process I cleaned up the includes of several files.

The directory is now not searched by doxygen so that they stay out of the documentation. We do have the capability later of marking them as internal and having them documented separately.
