This patch adds a restraint for bonded particles using information
created by the bond decorators. Currently you must use the decorator to
set the length for each bond.
Send a clean patch, please. For example, this patch introduces
meaningless changes to kernel/src/pair_scores/DistancePairScore.cpp and
a bunch of other files.
